St Christopher's Alexanderplatz is right in the heart of Berlin providing free bed linen and free Wi-Fi - making this hostel the ideal base for you to explore the culture, history and nightlife of this amazing city. There is a continental breakfast available every morning for just €7 per day which can be purchased at reception on arrival.

We've put together a comfortable and modern space for travellers to relax and unwind in. On the ground level of the hostel you'll find Belushi's vibrant bar, serving great food from midday until 11pm. It also has loads of drink specials and discounts for guests as well as plasma TV screens for all the big sports tournaments.

You'll find our hostel in the historic Mitte district, five metres from Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz U-bahn station and just a short walk from some of the hippest spots in the city, fashionable shopping, trendy bars, clubs and restaurants.

Please note that guests under the age of 18 must stay in a private room with their parent or legal guardians. Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to share dormitory rooms with people who are not a part of their own group or family. Under-18s are not allowed in the bar after 20:00. Friends of under-18s are not considered guardians. Bookings with under-18s that fail to follow this policy will be cancelled without refund and charged as a non-arrival.

friendly staff, good location, and great atmosphere. However, nastiest hostel i’ve ever stayed in. you could smell the mildew/mold in the hallways, and could barely count on the bathrooms and showers to be working. the kitchen here is great…. only if you’re a woman staying in the woman’s only dorm. No one else is allowed to use it which is an absolute bummer. for a solo female traveler i was not impressed with this place and was seriously worried about getting sick from the grossness

Check in very easy and downstairs bar/restaurant seems to be popular. Convenient with Alexanderplatz a nearby walk. Stayed in the female dorm: apartment style with large common area and kitchen. Rooms themselves also very spacious and I appreciated the fan. Bathrooms were good and clean, good water pressure. Entire shower room floor was wet one of the days but promptly clean by my next shower. Linens comfy.

Will definitely be back. Bar/restaurant downstairs where you get discount on food and deals on drinks! Shower/bathrooms where separated from the rooms. Some where smaller some were bigger. One weird thing was that you couldn’t change the temperature on the water so I went to another floor where you could! First two nights I stayed in a female dorm and on that floor they had a kitchen but not in the other floors as it seems. Got extremely hot in the room! It was 28 Celsius outside. Only a fan.

St Christopher's Berlin is located near the TV Tower, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. Hostelworld guests say they appreciate the "super helpful and proactive" staff as well as the extra hair dryers and good mirrors in the women's bathroom. One traveler told us, "downstairs at Belushi's is a sports bar with Wi-Fi, drinks, and bar food galore. It's very easy to find yourself staying in the hostel all night because there's a party every night." We like that the bunk beds have curtains for that extra bit of privacy.
