New Samay Hostel

New Samay Hostel is where in 2007 a group of backpackers and independent travelers have created the perfect space for those who want something more than a simple hostel.
Located where the most famous, old and romantic neighborhood of Seville begins, Barrio Santa Cruz.
Our friendly and kind Staff is available to help you with whatever you need, with the kind of information about Seville that only great connoisseurs of the city can offer. As our guests come from all over the world and not all speak Spanish, we can help you in English, Italian, French and Portuguese.
We want to emphasize that we have been receiving guests (friends) for 14 years. We have a vast experience of high quality in customer service, proven and endorsed by various awards to our Staff and more than 3,000 comments from our guests in the different booking engines.

After this hard 2020 for all of us, we have carried out a complete renovation of our structure and facilities, finally creating the hostel we were looking for since the beginning in 2007. A space in which our guests have the comfort of being at home, have privacy necessary, they can interact with other travelers from different parts of the globe, feel safe at all times and above all just dedicate themselves to enjoying our wonderful city.

Our spacious, designer, well-lit shared rooms with private bathroom provide a plus for the comfort of our guests.
New Samay Hostel means endless hot water, premium mattresses, new sturdy handmade high-end bunk beds, free lockers, key card access, air conditioning, heating in rooms and common spaces, free bedding and towels for rent ( 2 euros).

There are no surprises on arrival. If you do your check online it will be easier and faster getting on board on New Samay experience. We also offer free app to open your room door and hostels main entrance. We help you stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi Internet and guest phone services. We have a relaxing lounge for socializing and connecting with fellow travelers.
Our fully equipped kitchen has pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, so you can enjoy inventing a new dish or trying Spanish cuisine.

Did we mention the terrace? Ours is the best roof terrace in all of Seville. Whether you want to catch the last rays of light from the setting Andalusian sun or just enjoy a good book or conversation, our terrace has you covered.

When you have finally decided where you are going, you can always leave your luggage with us for free (only until 11pm) so you don't have to carry your backpack / suitcase while waiting for the bus, train or plane.

IT IS OBLIGATORY TO CHECK IN ONLINE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT THE HOSTEL, COMPLETING ALL INFORMATION REQUESTED BY THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF SPAIN THROUGH Royal Decree 933/2021.
WITHOUT THIS PROCESS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAY AT THE ESTABLISHMENT, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF REIMBURSEMENT.

Please note that guests younger than 18 years old and travelling alone, or guests with children under the age of 10, must book a private room.

Important: we do not accept groups of more than 10 people online.

If you book for a group of people, we can not guarantee you willl all be placed in the same room. Please send us an email three days before arrival asking to be put in the same room and we will do our best.

Original passport required on arrival!

We have a 48hr cancellation policy (Standard Rate). Cancellations must be made by email by 12 noon the day before your scheduled arrival date.
