Located just a scenic 10-minute stroll from the pristine Caribbean Sea along Westland Mountain Road, Judy House offers an authentic island escape inside a welcoming local community.

Judy House Cottage: Our signature light-filled cottage, nestled privately at the front of the property. It features a double bed and a twin bed, a shady veranda with a hammock, and an extra-large private wooden patio space that is absolutely perfect for morning yoga, meditation, or sunbathing amidst the lush greenery.
Kim’s Place Cottage: A cozy, beautifully tucked-away tropical haven that offers ultimate seclusion and a traditional island cabin feel. It features a comfortable double bed and a twin bed, surrounded by stunning, mature tropical gardens and its own intimate, shady veranda seating area for relaxing in total peace.

NEW! Passion Fruit Room: Lovingly rebuilt and upgraded following the hurricane. A beautiful private budget room featuring a comfortable double bed, cooling fans, a secure safe box, and power/USB ports. Perfect for couples or solo travellers looking for a cozy private retreat in the gardens.
Rita's Private Garden Room: A light-filled private double room for solo or dual occupancy, boasting a serene private garden space complete with a table, sun umbrella, stools, and sun-loungers. This room features a double bed, fridge-freezer, cooling fan, reading light, table and chair, mosquito net, safe box, and power/USB ports.
Guava & Jackfruit Rooms: Private rooms featuring two single beds and cooling fans, ideal for a duo or friends seeking an affordable, private garden retreat.
Micky’s Place: A cozy single room for a solo traveller, featuring a comfortable 3/4 bed, a reading light, mosquito net, tables, chairs, a secure safe box, power/USB ports, and a wall fan, located steps from our refreshing outdoor facilities.
Starfruit Cabana: Our cool, private garden retreat featuring authentic Mayan hammocks, cooling breezes, and our multilingual exchange library. This peaceful, scenic space is also frequently used by guests for morning Yoga and Tai Chi sessions.

We offer a safe, inclusive, and highly secure environment, with a special dedication to supporting young solo travellers and women exploring Jamaica. Guests love unwinding on our spacious terraced sun deck, using our fully equipped communal kitchen, or enjoying the refreshing outdoor showers embedded in our fruit orchards.


📝 Important Booking & Policy Notes

Deposit: Upon confirmation of booking & payment of the channel fee, guests are required to confirm their reservation with Judy House Negril by providing a CVC for a 50% deposit, the remaining 50% balance is due upon arrival via card or cash.
Local Taxes: A standard 15% local tax plus a $1 USD per person, per night guest tax will be added to your total stay.
Security Note: Guests booking private budget rooms are kindly advised to bring their own padlock to secure their in-room safe boxes.
