In an excellent location in a quiet street right in the centre of Gent, the renewed hostel is just 150m from the famous medieval Castle of the Counts. Retaining a period facade, it offers a high standard of accommodation with 30 rooms all with private bathrooms. Facilities include Free WiFi (in-room), bar, games in the common room, a community fridge and microwave. A great buffet style breakfast & sheets are included. This hostel is part of the Flemish Youth Hostels Association , which is a membership organization. As of January 1st 2014 onwards, the prices quoted include a 1-day membership fee. Discounts are not available for members of VJH (Belgium) or Hostelling International as part of this booking.
