Friends Holiday is located in the historic centre of Rome, just around the corner from Termini Train Station, the city’s main transport hub. From Termini, guests are well connected to all areas of Rome by metro, bus, train, and airport links, making it easy to reach the main monuments and attractions of the Eternal City.

For guests who prefer to walk, many famous sights are nearby. Santa Maria Maggiore is only a few minutes away on foot, while the Colosseum can be reached in approximately 10 minutes.

Friends Holiday offers both shared dormitories and private rooms. Rooms are spacious, bright, and clean, with accommodation options ranging from 2 to 6 beds. Some rooms include private bathrooms.

Facilities and services include linen included, free daily maid service, free city maps, city information, and free internet access.



FRIENDS HOLIDAY POLICY AND CONDITIONS

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Check-out: before 10:00 AM

A late check-out penalty fee may be applied if guests do not check out on time.


LATE CHECK-IN

Guests expecting to arrive after 11:00 PM must inform or call the property in advance.

Late check-in is available only upon confirmation by the property and may be subject to additional fees depending on the arrival time.

Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.


AGE RESTRICTIONS

The age limit for guests staying in shared rooms is 40 years.

Bookings cannot be accepted for guests under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by an adult of the same gender. A copy of parental consent may also be required.


IDENTIFICATION AND PAYMENT

Guests are required to show a valid physical photo ID at check-in.

Payment is due upon arrival and can be made by cash.

The property may pre-authorize the guest’s card before arrival where applicable.


TAXES AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Taxes are not included in the room rate.

staff was very nice and place was very nice! it was very far from the center of town in what felt like a not no great area coming from a female solo traveler. the only upside is that it was close to the train station. also a little hard to find. overall great place, not great location.
