Pros: staff were nice, room was spacious, location was good and room was good value for Rome. Cons: the shower was mouldy and the lock to the main building was broken meaning it was constantly unlocked and anyone could get in. If those 2 things were fixed it would have been a 10/10 stay.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL. We found bed bugs in our beds, which spread to our luggage and belongings. We spent a lot of money and time cleaning and treating everything, with no compensation for these costs or the losses caused by the infestation. Cleaners changed sheets on beds next to the affected beds without visibly checking for bugs. The owner completely ignored our complaint — no apology or accountability or even reply. Reception refunded our stay, but AVOID THIS PLACE.
