Located centrally just outside Central Business District of Singapore along Lavender Street, Dream Lodge @ Tyrwhitt is housed in a 1950's era shop house surrounded by 3 MRT stations (Nearest Station : Downtown Line - Bendemeer Station - DT23). The location offers quick access to the heart of everything which Singapore have to offer.

Just outside our door step, you will find Hip Cafes, Local Delights, Cultural & Historical Places, Shopping Centres all within 10mins walk. This district is filled with backpackers lodges for some great reasons.

***Property Policies & Conditions:
1. Reception Hours 9am - 6pm
(a) A valid passport must be presented during check in.
2. Check In Time: 2pm. Check Out Time: 11am.
3. Self Check-In will be automatically created for guests arriving after 6pm. An email will be send out between 3pm to 6pm for Self Check-In instructions, please check email inbox/spam folder for email. Guests are also advised to provide arrival timing via email to the hostel if flight is arriving after 6pm. Please read Check-in Instructions on lobby door for entry.
4. Payment:
(a) The balance payment for the designated stay period will be collected in cash/credit card/paynow/alipay/wechat pay (Singapore Dollars only) upon check in.
(b) Please ensure Debit Cards are topped up with enough value 48 hours before check-in date, for auto deduction of reservation amount.
(c) If the guest's Debit/Credit card is declined, we will email the guest and give them time to update or reply to us on payment. If the guest did not reply or update his card, we reserve the rights to cancel their reservation.
(d) All reservations will be charged within 48hrs of check-in date (100% Cancellation Fee Period)
5. Cancellation Policy:
(a) For cancellation or changes to reservation, kindly email us at least 48hrs prior to arrival date. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to the guest.
(b) If cancellation have not been made successfully before 48hrs prior to arrival date, full reservation charges will be levied on your credit card.
(c) Failure to show up, full reservation costs will be levied on your credit card.
(d) For NON-REFUNDABLE booking, if the credit card fails to charged, the reservation will be cancelled.
6. Age Restriction: The minimum age to stay at the hostel is 12 years old with an accompanying adult over 20yrs old.
7. Additional Information
(a) You may leave your luggage with us if you arrive early before check-in time and after check-out.
(b) For check-in after 6pm, a self-check-in procedure will be created for your entry (Refer to Lobby Door upon arrival for instructions). Please email us if you are arriving after 6pm.
(c) There is a phone to call the night manager outside the hostel (Inside Red Box) and on the reception desk (Lobby).
