Black Swan Hostel Sevilla

Black Swan is the perfect location in Sevilla's historical city center with all main attractions within walking distance.

In the hostel you will find a beautiful space for relaxing in the garden patio or the rooftop terrace, comfortable and spacious rooms with balconies, air conditioning, heating and big lockers to keep all your valuables safe. Our beds are more then just beds. They are bigger than standard dormitory beds and have personal light and plug. Each bed was designed to provide you with maximum comfort and a little bit of privacy.

This is just the beginning of your experience in our hostel, as we will make your holidays in Sevilla a lifetime experience by embracing Spanish culture and fiesta! We provide a great atmosphere in the common area where you can know other travelers and share experiences with them.

Moreover we have a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge, microwave, oven and hobs where you can cook your meals and learn how to prepare traditional Spanish food. Also we provide free luggage room, free computers and internet access, free WiFi, free bed linen. Towels are available at an extra cost.

We used recycled and sustainable products to design the hostel, as we are committed to sustainable tourism and the protection of the local environment.

Black Swan Terms & Conditions:

For the purpose of more fluid communication property needs customers to provide with a phone number once they have made a reservation.
Cancellation policy: 24 h before arrival.
Modifications and cancellation: Reservations can be modified or cancelled free of charge 24 hours before your arrival date. After that period, the total amount will be charged. All modification and cancellation must be made only by email to avoid any problems.
No shows: Total amount will be charged, and reservation will be cancelled if you do not inform us that you will not arrive
Check in: from 14:00 to 12:00
Check out: from 00:00 to 11:00
Methods of payment: Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
Property may pre-authorized your card before arrival.
Age restriction: Only guests above 18 years old can stay in the hostel.

Special conditions:
Groups (bookings of 6 or more people), reservation above 350 euros, and for important dates and events*:
For the above there is a 14-day cancellation policy. Reservations can be modified or cancelled for free at least 14 days before arrival day. We reserve the right to pre-charge the reservations for 50% of the total amount any time from receiving the reservation. If the reservation cannot be pre-charged, we will inform you by email and you will have 24h to respond if we will not hear from you your reservation will be cancelled. 14 days before arrival we will charge the rest of the reservation. And free cancellation will not be possible.
Groups must pay a deposit that we return at the end of their stay.
If you have a group booking, we will always try our best to put you together in the same room, but keep in mind this is a hostel and that is not always possible!

*For important dates and events:
· Easter Week.
· Feria de Abril.
· Seville Marathon.
· Final or semifinal of football (King’s cup final, Europa League).
· New Year’s Eve.
· Massive music concerts.

No curfew.
No alcohol is to be consumed in the hostel rooms.
Lost keys will incur a charge of 5 euros.
Late check-in must be arranged at reception for an additional fee.

Hostel Management and Staff RESERVE THE RIGHT to refuse accommodation or cancel reservations if standards of behavior are not met, in such cases no refunds will be made.
LATE CHECK-OUTS (without prior agreement) may incur a late check-out fee.
All Stag/Hen parties must take entire rooms, they cannot share with other guests.
Kitchen can be used from 7:00 to 00:00.
