1. Check-in Time: from 15.00 pm-21:00 pm
1.1 Late check-in by midnight : additional fee 100 THB inform hostel in advance to check the availability
1.2 No Early check-in : Except availability of accommodation with additional fee of 100 THB
2. Check-out Time: until 12.00 noon. (A/C will be turned-off during 11:00 am to 15:00 pm for making up the room)
2.1 Late Check-out by 3:00 additional Fee 100 THB after that full amount of charge for another night) *Remark: For early check-out before operation time, please contact reception to return your deposit the day before your check-out date and return the key card in the return box at the reception counter before you leave.
3. Payment: Cash or credit card is welcomed upon arrival. (Credit card surcharge of 3%)
4. Key Card and damages deposit for 500 THB upon check-in (For damages surcharge referred to registration form)
5. Additional service available with charge:
5.1)Towel : 20 THB
5.2) Laundry Service: 100 THB/SET
6. Cancellation Policy:
(1) At least 2 days advance notice before the arrival date is required.
(2) If cancelled 1 day prior to the arrival date, 50% of room rate for one night will be charged.
(3) If cancelled on the same day (arrival date), 100% of room rate for one night will be charged.
7. Age Restriction: The minimum age to stay in the hostel is 18 years old.
