• Monday to Friday: 8 AM – 8 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM – 7 PM
• Night Manager on duty for late check-ins (until 2 AM) for your convenience.

Check-In & Check-Out:
• Check-in: 2 PM
• Check-out: 10 AM

Booking & Payment Policies
• Non-refundable bookings: Full payment will be charged before arrival to secure your reservation.
• Pay-on-arrival bookings: A charge for the first night will be processed 24 hours prior to arrival, with the balance payable at check-in.
• Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard, or cash (AMEX not accepted). Card transactions incur a 1.9% surcharge.
• A valid passport or driver's license is required at check-in. Failure to provide one may result in cancellation of your booking.
• A $20 key deposit is collected at check-in and refunded upon return.
• Guests must be 18+ years old to stay.

Cancellation Policies
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay per person.
• Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in and are subject to availability.
• Peak Period Reservations: During busy times such as December 30th, 31st, and January 1st, a minimum 3-night stay is required, and these bookings are non-refundable.
