Lovers, Fighters, Explores and Dreamers. We've got rooms for you.

Situated in the heart of Chinatown, Cacha Bed Heritage Hostel is a reminder of days gone past. Its classic Victorian architecture stands alone among Old Town's newer buildings. Founded by Lady Mom Rajawong Rosalin Gaganang, the granddaughter to Prince Gaganang Yugala, a son of King Rama 4th, the hostel that you see today was originally built for the royal family.

Since then, the building's ownership has been transferred to the Mom Rajawong Ying Rosalin Gaganang Foundation, a philanthropy group that donates the income from its properties to various organizations like the Chulalongkorn hospital (one of the largest public hospitals in Bangkok) to help fund medical scholarships, medical building construction, and medical equipment.

This generous spirit also carries through our carefully designed rooms for the weary travel

The place looked nice and is in a great location (edge of China town), but it is noisy. Do not stay at the top floors if you can, because the roof is open to air (and all the traffic and construction noise). Staff wasn't very helpful and barely spoke English (they were really nice though). It doesn't quite have the hostel feel, so do be aware if you're a backpacker.

The hotel (can barely call it a hostel) is modern, stayed in a private double room with no window (which we weren’t aware of when booking, was a blessing in disguise due to the road noise) room was cosy, bed comfortable, bathroom good and shower worked well There was zero atmosphere when we were there,if you don’t want the hostel vibe then stay here. Breakfast was basic AF, however there was a fridge, microwave, washing machine. Location is meh, it’s in between but not close enough to things.
