Ok location. Mobile keycard was not working and they were out of physical keycards, so the only way we could get into our room was to have the front desk person open the door to let us into our room every time. We only found two outlets in the room. The bunks had USB A plug ins but those just aren’t as common for more recent chargers. Facilities overall were fairly clean, but our room was very hot and humid. While not truly terrible, I’d recommend you try looking elsewhere first.

Concerns shared with staff were overlooked; cleanliness in rooms and kitchen was below standard. Staff communication lacked professionalism, with comments not team-oriented or customer-friendly. Name-calling toward volunteers must be addressed. Activities were minimal, and one item misleadingly suggested freebies. Location is convenient near station and stores, but training is needed to improve this hostel.
