Pros: location next to long beach and nice restaurants, had a good spread of breakfast (eggs, toast, fruit), can easily rent bikes or book transfers from reception Cons: very dirty (sweeping was the only cleaning, mould on my duvet, mould in bathrooms, dusty room, mirror never cleaned), no full length mirror, no lockers in rooms, reception staff rude (guests seemed an inconvenience to them)

I didn't have a good experience at this hostel. There was a strong smell in my room, it got better when the AC was on but not gone. I found it hard to communicate with the staff about simple topics. They also had an attitude as if it's my fault that they can speak basic English. The toilet floors were flooded with water on multiple days. They make you take off your shoes downstairs so you're barefoot in water or worse! (showers and toilets are separate). The keycards didn't always work either.
