Negaar Varzaneh

Located in the heart of Varzaneh, Negaar Guesthouse is a renovated historic building from the Pahlavi Era, with rooftop views over the Jame Mosque of Varzaneh. The house includes a common area where you can relax and meet other travelers, a well equipped kitchenette and a choice out of 14 cozy en-suite bedrooms and 1 dormitory.
Negaar is a Persian word which means Picturesque, referring to paintings or artistic designs of which you can find examples all over the guesthouse.

Your home away from home is only a few minutes drive away from the sand dunes, the salt lake and many other interesting sights such as the Gavkhouni wetlands and the black (Volcanic) Mountain, Khargooshi Caravansary, and several oasis villages to which we organize tours on a daily basis. This makes it an ideal place for our guests to enjoy the nature and historical sites all around.
Don’t miss out on our desert camping tour, stargazing all night next to the campfire.
Many of the cultural sites such as the pigeon tower, the ethnology museum, the old bridges, the James Mosque, handicraft workshops, restaurants and supermarkets are just within 2 to 20 min walking distance.


At Negaar Varzaneh we have seven private rooms with en-suite bathroom.

The peaceful courtyard of house is a great place to hang out with other guests, have an herbal tea, try some homemade food with the beautiful sound of the fountain on the background.
