Explore breathtaking views from Lion Rock and Pidurangala Rock, or take a peaceful walk through lush rice fields to a nearby lake. Roy's Villa is the perfect base for excursions to Dambulla, the ancient city of Polonnaruwa, and safaris at Minneriya or Kaudulla National Parks. We’re here to help with all your travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless adventure.

On a budget? No problem! We offer free activities like cooking demonstrations and sunset walks to enhance your stay. Enjoy mouthwatering local dishes, mostly vegan, prepared in a welcoming, communal setting where you can meet Roy and fellow travelers. For an authentic local experience, spend time with farmers in their rice fields, or take a refreshing swim in the natural lake—you might even spot elephants! Terms & Conditions:

*Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days in advance.
*Check-in is available from 3:00 PM (15:00H) to 7:00 PM (19:00H).( Since your check-in is scheduled for a bit later, you're still welcome to arrive earlier. You can relax in our hangout area or enjoy the swimming pool while we prepare your room
*Check-out: 10:00 AM / 10:00H
*Maximum stay: 3 nights
*Minimum stay : 2 nights
*No groups larger than 4 people.
*Payment: Cash only in LKR upon arrival.
*Breakfast not included in room rates; available at our café for an additional fee.
*No smoking indoors—designated smoking area available.
*Reception hours: 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM
*Free parking is available 24 hours
*No self-driving or going out between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM.( If you have any out door pre-arranged evening events as a couple or with friends, please inform us prior to your arrival. The property can arrange a responsible driver to ensure your safe transport during these hours.)
*Age limit: 22 to 40 (exceptions may be considered with direct contact).
