J-Hoppers Kumano Yunomine Guesthouse is situated in Hongu and is a 10 minutes drive away from Kumano Hongu Taisha Grand Shrine.(approx 70min walk on Kumano Kodo Pilgrimage Routes)

1. Check-in time: from 15:00 to 19:00
If you arrive earlier than the check-in time, you can store your luggage in the luggage room.
2. Check-out time: by 12:00
After you check out, you can store your luggage in the luggage room.
3. Reception hour: from 8:00-12:00 and 13:30-19:00.
4. Payment: cash (JPY) or credit cards (Visa, Master, UC, Amex, Union pay, JCB)
5. Cancellation policy:

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, we will require 2 days advance notice before the date of your arrival (e.g. if your arrival date is on the 5th, the latest time to cancel your booking without charge is on the 3rd before 7 p.m Japan time), otherwise you will be charged the cancellation fee of one night's stay. Cancellations made with two days advance notice or more will not be charged.
?2?. If you fail to check in as scheduled, we will cancel all your bookings and you will be charged the cancellation fee of one night's stay.
?3?. During your stay, we also require two days advance notice, should you want to change the duration of your stay. As long as you notify us two days before, we will refund the fee you have already paid.
?4?.For groups of 5 or more people, we may require additional conditions when you make a reservation.
