We're offers comfortable and affordable accommodation Sino Portuguese style for the modern traveler of any age. Discover the real hostel experience and visit our hostel accommodation in Kata Beach, Phuket Thailand. A room with two or three bunk beds that sleeps a total of 4 or 6 people - basic, but very comfortable and clean. Backpack-size lockers are provided for each person. A shared bathroom is located on the third floor. This room is Ideal for independent travelers or groups of friends. All rooms are air-conditioned and cleaned on daily basis.

Sino Hostel @ Kata in Phuket offers a fantastic location near the beach and night market, with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are generally clean with good air conditioning. However, some guests find the beds uncomfortable due to thin mattresses, and bathrooms can be a bit basic with showers combined with toilets.

Personally, would not stay here again. Pros: decent price, great location, friendly staff, cold AC, hot water, refrigerator available (did need cleaned) Cons: UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS (it was like sleeping on a concrete slab, even after they put another “mat” which was thin as a piece of paper… I had such difficulty sleeping & pain in my whole body… I highly suggest they invest in 3 inch foam mattress toppers because I’ve been to dozens of hostels & have never experienced such a hard unbearable bed

Location is excellent, near the night market and the beach, and the AC in the room is strong. The bathrooms are upstairs from most of the rooms and have no AC, so they were perpetually extremely hot and humid. The mattress was extremely thin and felt like plastic. Deposits were required for keys and towels which put a lot of our cash money on 'hold'. It is inexpensive so it may be worth it to you depending on what you are looking for.
