There were so many amenities such as available monitors and laptop stands that they don't even advertise. This place was great - busy Kyoto underneath and blissful open space office upstairs. Was really clean and enjoyable.

This is a great hostel in a great location in Kyoto, it’s right in the city centre. It’s really clean and the beds are spacious and cosy. The social atmosphere is great also with the free beer from 5:30-6:30 everyday you can meet so many people. The shower and toilets were also very clean and tidy. We even used the washing machine which was super easy to use and very efficient. Definitely stay here if you’re coming to Kyoto.

Really lovely place - the beds are so private and large with suitcase storage which was nice. They also have a built in wake-up lights on setting so you’re not hearing people’s alarms all the time. Not very social at all though and the common area is rented out for remote work so is very silent and corporate feeling. Great location! I’d say more of a hotel than a hostel
