Payment Policy

Prepayment: The total price of the reservation will be charged to the guest’s credit card 3 days prior to the arrival date.
The hotel will send a secure payment link to the guest.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 3 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total reservation price.
No-show will be charged 100% of the total reservation price.

General Policies
1. Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to store your luggage at the front desk.
2. Check-out Time: Before 12:00 PM.
3. Occupancy Limit: A maximum of 2 adults is allowed per room.
Child Policy: One child under 10 years old will be charged as an additional adult at 500 THB net per night. Dormitory rooms cannot accommodate extra children.
4. Accessibility: Please note that there is no lift or elevator in the property.
5 Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
