Situated at Perumpallam, a relatively unexplored area, surrounded by forests in this beautiful hill station, Trippr Kodaikanal Backpacker Hostel is in every way a backpacker's best bet for an unforgettable vacation! The hostel is located about 3 kms away from the main bus stand, in a quaint neighborhood, surrounded by nature, away from the touristy chaos of Kodaikanal town. Perumpallam is distinct from most areas within Kodaikanal as one could enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset in all its glory. A walk around the hostel itself is an experience to behold, with a lovely panoramic view of Kodaikanal nearby. There is also a trekking facility to the top of the Bison hill overlooking the hostel!

The hostel has one eight bed dorm and two four bed dorms (all with attached bathrooms and 24/7 hot water), common areas ( a co-working hangout space, lawn / garden with bonfire facility, an activity centre, hall and dining). Hispeed Wifi available. The ambience and decor reflects the awe-inspiring Tamil traditional ethos and culture. Cabs and bike rentals at special rates are available at the hostel.

1. Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival.
2. Check in from 12:00 to 23:00.
3. Check out before 10:00 AM.
4. Required to make a 100% pre-payment at the time of reservation itself. Refer email once reserved.
5. Reception working hours: 24 hours.
6. Age restriction (Above 18 years).
7. Pantry and other charges are on spot based on usage and availability. No self-catering facilities (includes room heaters and campfire)
8. Food not provided.
9. In case of a group of 4 or more, you would be purposefully allotted different dorm rooms.
9. Please carry a valid Govt Photo ID card for verifying the reservation. (PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID)
10. Local residents/guests carrying a local ID would not be allowed to check in.
11. Lockers for your valuables are available in each dorm room, however the hostel will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged luggage.
12. Non-resident guests are not allowed inside the property.
