Take a refreshing dip in our spacious swimming pool, which we carefully maintain to ensure a clean and pleasant experience throughout your stay. Our convenient location also makes it easy to explore the local area, with markets and everyday conveniences close by.

When you wake up in the morning, you don’t have to go far. Our property features a variety of shops, including a coffee shop, clothing store, and restaurant, all right on site. We also have a small mini-mart at the reception area, making it easy to grab what you need.

And for our guests, there’s an extra little treat — enjoy complimentary coffee and bakery snacks while you relax and start your day. ☕🥐

In the evening, our property becomes a peaceful and relaxing place to unwind, making it ideal for a good night’s rest after a day of exploring Chiang Mai. We also provide a clearly designated smoking area, private lockers where you can safely store your valuables, as well as complimentary towels and drinking water.

Staying with us for a longer period? No problem. If you’d like to have your bed linen changed during your stay, we’re happy to arrange it for you at no additional charge.

Hostel Policies

1. Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be charged the full reservation amount.
In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will also be charged.

2. Prepayment
A prepayment of the total reservation amount will be charged 1 day before arrival.

3. Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of 400 THB (cash only) is required upon check-in.

4. Check-in Time
        •       Earliest check-in: 4:00 pm
        •       Latest check-in: 11:00 pm

5. Check-out Time:
Check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM (noon).

6. Smoking
Policy:
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. A designated smoking area is available for guests.

7. Reception Hours:
The reception is open daily from 7:30 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
