Booking & Payment Policies
Non-refundable bookings: Full payment will be charged before arrival to secure your reservation.
Pay-on-arrival bookings: A charge for the first night will be processed 24 hours prior to arrival, with the balance payable at check-in.
Payments accepted via Visa, MasterCard, or cash (AMEX not accepted). Card transactions incur a 1.9% surcharge.
A valid passport or driver's license is required at check-in; failure to provide one may result in cancellation of your booking.
A $20 key deposit is collected at check-in and refunded upon return.
Guests must be 18+ years old to stay.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay per person.
Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in and are subject to availability.
Reservations during peak periods, such as December 30th, 31st, and January 1st, require a minimum 3-night stay and are non-refundable.
