@ Almond Villa Hoi An & Hostel has 2 blocks house, the front block had 3 rooms upstairs and the back block had 6 rooms.

@ The outdoor swimming pool is midle of 2 blocks with a lots of sunshine and fresh air. The cozy atmosphere and an airy !!!

@ In the evening, if you don’t like the noise at the Bar in the Old Town, you can have some beers with the host next to the pool or an eating area in the hostel.

@ All rooms are so spacious (35-50 sqm) and clean – the perfect nights sleep. All rooms have the large windows that let in plenty of light, some rooms have a private balcony area where you can relax and enjoy Vietnamese coffee or cold beer or smoking. The room had an air-conditioned and features a flat-screen TV, private bathroom with a hot shower.

@ Just some steps walking to the Bread Factory (Banh My) / Winmart / Pharmacy / and Local Restaurant ( Pho - Beef Noodle) / the Local Market (every morning)

@ On some days, the pool is NOT AVAILABLE, especially on Saturday, because we have a back block house, the guest book full block with private pool. If we don't have guest at back block house, you can use it all the time.

* We also serve daily breakfast from 08:30AM to 09:30AM and it is not included in room charge (its cost 60.000VND / 1 person)

We have 2 menus for breakfast, you can choose :
+ Menu 1 :
- 1 cup of Vietnamese coffee (hot with meal or without meal).
- 2 fried eggs.
- 1 bread.
- 1 small plate of fresh fruit mix (banana, pineapple or watermelon).

+ Menu 2 :
- 1 cup of Vietnamese coffee (hot or not with sugar or meal)
- 1 bowl of Vietnamese Pho = Beef noodle soup.
- 1 small plate of fresh fruit mix (banana, pineapple or watermelon).


*** Property Policy and Conditions:
1. Check in Time: from 14:00, latest check-in time is 18:00pm. If you arrive after 18:00pm, please send us a message.
2. Check out Time: till 11:00 am, after check out, if you take a night bus, please leave your bag at the reception, we have bathroom for you.
3. Payment upon arrival by cash or credit card (Visa, Master, Amex).
- Extra 3% bank surcharge is applied when using credit card.
4. At least 1 day advance notice for free cancellation.
5. Taxes: included.
6. Breakfast: rate room option.
7 Air-conditioned room from 18PM- 9AM but with Fan works 24/24.

11. Age Restriction: The minimum age to check in alone is from 11 years old.
12. No smoking in rooms, our room are non-smoking rooms so in case you would like to smoke, please smoke outside of the room, can be in the front garden, balcony or place you feel comfortable.
13. No Curfew.
14. Reception Working Hours: 24 hours.
15. Child and Extra Bed:
(1) Child is welcomed when accompanied with parents.
(2) One child under 6 years is charged USD3 per night when using existing beds.
(3) One child over 6 years is considered as an adult.
(4) There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
