- Complimentary transfer to the airport. (Please inform us at the hotel)
- We are pleased to inform you that we offer tickets for travel to various destinations, including Koh Tao, Koh Samui, and Koh Phangan. Additionally, we provide services for transportation to other provinces such as Phuket, Krabi, and Phang Nga.
- Ferry tickets to the islands are available for purchase at the hotel. If you would like more information about the options, please send us an email.
- Free Wi-Fi access is provided in all areas of the hotel.
- A common area is available in the lobby for your convenience.

We also offer free transfers to the airport at the following scheduled times:
Departure: 07:00 am, 9:15 am
For transfers outside of these scheduled times, an additional charge of 120 baht will apply for early or late transfers.

1. Cancellation policy: Free cancellation with at least 3 days' advance notice.
2. Check-in time is from 14:00.
3. Check-out time is at 12:00 noon.
4. Payment upon arrival can be made in cash or credit card. Please note that a 3% service fee will be applied for credit card transactions.
5. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, but we have designated smoking areas.
6. Our reception is available 24 hours a day to assist you.
