myOZexp Aberdeen Lodge

More fun than a share house, cheaper than a hostel! myOZexp Aberdeen Lodge is a small, friendly, heritage-listed lodge accepts interstate, regional Western Australia and international travellers aged between 18-35 ONLY. We're located in Northbridge, which is a great zone close to the city with an entertainment precinct and free buses.

Perfect for backpackers, international student and working holiday makers! Most of our visitors stay longer than the average backpacker, with many staying a month or more. Many come for a few days and then decide to extend longer as they find their second family at the lodge.

We're a chilled out, comfortable place with newly renovated common areas and bathroom and a friendly family-like atmosphere. Cheaper rates with longer stays.

Terms and Conditions for the Lodge

NOTES
You MUST fill out the online check in form (https://zfrmz.com/U9qzTSkgsiVEJRBfexrU) ATLEAST 24 HOURS before your check in date and $50 will be charge on your credit card as security deposit once you filled out the form. You will lose the booking and deposit will not be refunded if you fail to fill out the form and fail to pay for the security deposit. After this you will be entitled to stay at the premises. You will receive all this information from our Booking Coordinator by email.

CHECK IN
- Preferred age between 18 to 35
- Official ID: Digital copy of a valid overseas passport or other official ID is required
- Deposit: payment of $50 security deposit is required
- Check in: after 2:00 pm for regular bookings
- Check in: after 6:00 pm for same day bookings (we need to organize cleaning staff to prepare your room)

CHECK OUT
- The check out time is before 9 am. Please put your bed sheets in the baskets in the laundry
- Clear your cabinet and don't leave personal items in the room or food/drinks in the fridge
- The $50 deposit will be returned to your credit card after your checkout on the following Wednesday

LODGE RULES
- No noise after 10:00 pm both inside and outside areas
- $10 penalty will be deducted from deposit when failing to:
- Wash your dishes after your meals and leave the kitchen or common areas untidy after use.
- Keep your noise low after 10:00 pm and need to be asked to quiet down
- Repeated (>3x) violation of house rules might result in eviction without refund
- Smoking only in outside areas, smoking in any inside areas will result in eviction without refund
- Antisocial behavior will not be tolerated and you will be removed without refund.

Please note check in times are from 2-6pm only. Please do not expect to be checked in earlier and please do not expect someone will answer you after 6pm as the booking coordinator only works form 9am-6pm.
