Central Backpackers hostel - Phong Nha is a hostel located in Phong Nha town which is an obvious town to stay over for everyone who is about to visit one of World Heritages: Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park.

We are confident to provide the finest accommodation in Phong Nha, a meeting point for people traveling between North and South Vietnam, for not only solo travelers but groups of friends who want to explore wild nature and share travel experience through countries. *** PROPERTY POLICIES & CONDITIONS ***

1. CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Free cancellation - 24 hours before the check-in time
- Within 24 hours or after check-in: free cancellation is not available

2. CHECK-IN TIME: from 14:00
(If you arrive in the middle of the night of at early time in the next morning, you need to book for the previous night to ensure the availability/ cleanliness/ full benefits/...etc...)

3. CHECK-OUT TIME: before 11:00 AM

4. PAYMENT: ONLY CASH ON ARRIVAL (CARD IS NOT ACCEPTED)

5. NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING/ ROOMS/ TOILET/ BATHROOM (a large outdoor area is for smoking)

6. You can book the beds at least one hour before your arrival time based on "Bed Availability"

7. Age Restriction: from 18 years old

*** COMMON HOUSE RULES ***
- Upon check-in, it is mandatory for a hostel guest to present his/her/their valid identification document with a photo to the Reception Desk employees. Should the guest refuse to show his/her/their valid identification document in a manner that makes check-in impossible, the Reception Desk employees has a right to refuse to hand over the room key.
- Quiet time: From 23:00 - During the quiet time, the guests and persons staying at the hostel should behave properly, not disturbing the peace of other guests. The hostel reserves the right to discontinue providing services to any person who violates the policy by immediate check-out.
