Total independence: once checked in, you’ll have your own keys to come and go freely.
Affordable laundry service by weight: 2500 CLP per kilo.

We are located in a very safe neighborhood. Valparaiso is pretty safe during the day but you have to be more careful at night. Our neighborhood is safe even at night, with cameras and private security in the whole neighborhood. None of our guests ever had security problems in that area. You have the nightlife at just 1 min walkaway so you will be able to enjoy Valparaiso to its fullest totally safe.


La Casa Piola – Policies and Conditions:
Cancellation policy: 48 hours before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge the amount of the first night to the provided credit card.
Reception hours: 9 a.m. to midnight. Please contact us if you need to arrive outside these hours.
Check-in: from 2 p.m.
Check-out: before 12 p.m.
Breakfast optional: 4500 CLP.
No curfew.
Maximum stay: 30 days.
