We had a nice stay at Sierra Minca. I was worried considering the recent reviews on Hostelworld, but everything was fine. The location is amazing and the facilities are great, you can’t really leave as it’s so remote so this was an important feature. We were expecting it to be a social hostel but it was full of Colombian families on holiday so it wasn’t really for backpackers. The food was pretty average.

Amazing. The pictures paint a thousand words. Hiked here from the center. I was welcomed by super friendly reception, Darwin. Took the morning hike to Los Pinos to watch sunrise. Absolutely beautiful
