Other things to note

About Pre-authorization
Upon the booking is made, the reservation system would initiate a temporary hold of a specific amount of the available balance on a credit or debit card that is provided upon booking. The pre-authorization is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account.( In some cases, your statement would show amount being deducted, which is in fact the pre-authorised amount ).

The Hostel would collect payment from you only upon your arrival, as per the terms and conditions from your respective online travel agency.

However, the hostel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the credit card or debit card used for the reservation failed the said pre-authorization process.
Should you decide to cancel the reservation, the temporarily hold amount would be reflected on your statement up-to 14 days from the cancellation date.

Check out before 12:00 noon.
