1. Check-in Time: from 14:00.
2. Check-out Time: before 12:00.
(1) Late check out prior to 17:00 will be 50% charged of 1 night.
(2) Late check out after 17:00 will be charged full price of 1 night.
3. Payment: Full cash payment is preferred upon check in.
4. Cancellation Policy:
(1) Up to 1 days advance notice before the arrival date is required.
(2) If cancelled later or No Show, the full balance will be charged and no refund will be given.

6. Reception Hours: between 08:00 and 21:00.
7. No smoking in the building.
8. Check out guest can use the Hostel’s facilities.
9. There is no charge for luggage storage service during check-out date. Luggage storage service fee is 50 THB/bag/day.
10. Pets are not allowed.
11. Reception will keep 500 Baht (cash only) of deposit for key card and will be returned when you check-out.
12. Breakfast is included in the private room rate but excluded for the dorm room.
