Our hostel is only for short stays, we have a kitchenette and not a full kitchen, that means you have a Refrigerator, a microwave and an electric kettle, there is no stove, so if you need to cook we recommend you find another place to stay.

BEDSY - Terms & Conditions

Cancellation policy:
Non-refundable rates: Your reservation is non-flexible and non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will still be charged the full cost of your booking.

Check in from 14:00 to 22:00.
Check out: 10:30
Reception works from 9:00 to 22:00.

Payment: Card /
This property will pre-authorize or charge your card anytime before your arrival. In case of failure we might cancel your booking.

Minimum Age: 18
No curfew.

Booking Policy: When making a reservation with us and at the time of check in, you will be required to provide identification information including, your name, email address, contact telephone number, credit card information.
The name on the credit card must match the guest's name, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
Prepaid cards and virtual cards may not be accepted (At the property's discretion) If you do not have a physical card you will be subject to a cash security deposit.
Local travelers: To be able to stay with us you must live at least 250 km. From BUCHAREST (WE RESERVE THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION)
In our hostel we like to encourage new connections among solo travelers, therefore we do not accept reservations from groups of 4 or more people, any reservation that does not comply with this rule or any of the above will be charged and cancelled without any kind of refund, multiple reservations are not accepted either.
Advance Payment, Security Deposit & Damage Authorization:
By completing this booking through Hostelworld, the guest expressly authorizes BEDSY S.R.L. to:

* charge the full reservation amount in advance, at any time prior to arrival;

* pre-authorize or charge the same card for any proven damages, extraordinary cleaning, or missing items and retain or charge the card in case of early departure without proper check-out or breach of property rules.

This authorization constitutes valid written consent under EU Regulation 910/2014 (eIDAS) and Visa/Mastercard regulations, and is binding upon completion of the booking.

The guest waives the right to dispute or request a chargeback for any justified amounts charged under these authorizations.
