* Respect Quiet Hours: Please observe designated quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, especially during the night.
* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises, including all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
* Keep Shared Spaces Tidy: Help maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere by cleaning up after yourself in common areas such as the kitchen, lounge, and bathrooms.
* Respect Fellow Guests: Treat fellow guests and staff with kindness and respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
* Check-In and Check-Out Times: Adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times to allow our team to prepare for incoming guests and maintain smooth operations.
* Guest Identification: Keep your identification documents and key card secure. Lost or damaged key cards may incur a replacement fee.
* No Unauthorized Guests: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms and common areas. Visitors must be approved by the hostel management.
* Security and Belongings: Use the provided lockers to secure your valuables. The hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
* Environmental Responsibility: Conserve energy and water by turning off lights, appliances, and taps when not in use. Help us reduce waste by using recycling bins.
* No Drugs or Alcohol Abuse: The use of illegal drugs and excessive alcohol consumption within the premises is strictly prohibited.
* Kitchen Etiquette: If using the communal kitchen, clean up after yourself and label your food items. Respect others' belongings and maintain a tidy workspace.
* Respect for Property: Any damage to hostel property caused by a guest will be the financial responsibility of the guest.
* Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the hostel's emergency exits, fire escape routes, and evacuation procedures.
* Internet Usage: Utilize the provided Wi-Fi responsibly. Do not engage in illegal or inappropriate online activities.
* Pets: Pets are generally not allowed, but exceptions may be made based on prior approval and specific guidelines.

Nest Boutique Hostel - Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation policy:
1. Standard policy: 72 hours before arrival. In case of a cancellation less than 72 hours before Check-In or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
2. Non-refundable policy - first 2 hours after confirmation of reservation you can still change your mind. After these 2 hours, reservation becomes nonrefundable, and it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Check in from 14:00 to 24:00 .
Check out before 12:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash, or VISA and Mastercard credit or debit cards.
For nonrefundable reservations, Nest Boutique Hostel may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
