Broz Hostel

Broz Hostel as our name indicates, we are 3 brothers willing to join ‘new bros’ to our family and make you feel at home. We will do our best to make your stay a great experience, hoping you will be back soon.
Everybody is welcome: solo-travellers, friends groups, adventurers, families, backpackers ...and any traveller who wants to share experiences and enjoy our hostel and city.

We are located in Azhuma Street, the city center. From here you will have access to all the monuments easily, try our famous gastronomy and ‘Tapas’, learn about our mix of cultures, do all kinds of outdoor activities, enjoy the famous nights ... and make friends!

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT BROZ HOSTEL:
Please note that check-in is between 3 pm and 9 pm.

WE DO NOT HAVE A 24-HOUR RECEPTION. AFTER 9.00 PM, IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ACCESS THE HOSTEL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED
(On public holidays and the eve of public holidays, the cut-off time for check-in and access to communal areas is 8.00 pm)

Please remember that it is MANDATORY TO COMPLETE ONLINE CHECK-IN and fill in all the details for each guest via the link sent to your email address before arriving at the hostel. If you have not received the email, please contact the staff/reception during reception hours.

IN-PERSON CHECK-IN: You must provide your CREDIT card number and pay a €50 deposit per bed/room in cash, which will be refunded upon departure after the HOSTEL staff checks the condition of the room (from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM), provided there is no damage or prior complaints. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to stay and will lose your reservation.
The CHECK-OUT DEADLINE is 11:00 am. The SURCHARGE for oversleeping is between €15 and €30.

If you are checking out before 08:30, there will be no one at reception; simply leave both keys on the counter.

- Buffet breakfast: €6 per person
- Luggage storage: €2 per item per day (30-liter carry-on bag)
- Bulky luggage storage: €5 per item per day (50-liter luggage)
- If you are traveling by BIKE, skateboard, or similar, you can leave it in our courtyard: €5 per day
- Luggage storage: €10 per item per day
(BIKES, skateboards, snowboards, skis, surfboards, or similar)
- EXTRAS (towel, pillow, comforter, sheet): €5
- Washer + dryer: €15 (detergent + fabric softener, max. 7 kg)

SMOKING AND PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED THROUGHOUT THE BUILDING; THIS WILL RESULT IN A €100 FINE AND EXPULSION FROM THE ROOM; IN THE EVENT OF EXTRA CLEANING, A FEE OF €50 TO €150 WILL APPLY.

- PLEASE NOTE:
If you book multiple beds in a mixed-gender or female-only shared room, please be aware that this is a lower-priced option, as the room is filled by sharing with people outside your group, and your bed may be located in different rooms. Please note that even if you have booked multiple beds, this does not guarantee that they will all be together in the same room. If you are interested in grouping all the beds together in a family or private room, you must request a quote and check availability for a private room, paying the difference in cash on the day of check-in.

VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
- NO REFUNDS OR CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO BOOKINGS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR OR TO NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKINGS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
- In the event of confusion, if you arrive late or if you book a female-only room whilst being a man, you will lose your booking in both cases and no refund will be given.
- The HOSTEL accepts no responsibility for items that go missing from anywhere other than locked drawers.
- In SHARED ROOMS, guests will not be moved on the grounds of snoring, xenophobic discrimination, or issues relating to the behaviour, character or hygiene of another guest. The use of any noisy machinery (for respiratory assistance or other purposes) is prohibited. If you do not wish to share a room or require privacy, you may choose a Private Room, subject to availability and by paying the difference.
- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, vapes, etc.) throughout the entire building, including windows and balconies. Failure to comply with Law 28/2005 of 26 December will result in a €100 fine for the person named on the booking, and their expulsion, with no refund of the booking or the deposit.
