Porty Hostel is located in the pretty and quiet Fairy Hill neighbourhood, walking distance to Winnifred Beach and Boston Bay Beach, close to all the other beautiful natural attractions and even only 15 minutes drive to Port Antonio town.
It's a homely hostel consisting of a large and spacious hall furnished with 2 sofas, a smart TV, and a large dining table that combines the spacious and well-equipped kitchen area.
A dormitory and two private rooms (one of them with private bathroom) are at the disposal of our guests, all of them overlooking the charming little balcony of the hostel, ideal for moments of relaxation after a beautiful sunny day on the beach.
Porty Hostel was born originally 4 years ago in a location in Port Antonio town in witch we close our experience with a HV Rating of 9.0 on this web-site.
We are sure you will like also, and even more, this new location and the prices are even cheaper.

Overall, the property was clean, well maintained, easy to find, and in a safe area. However, there were ongoing water pressure issues due to limited supply in the tank, which has been a problem for months. We were instructed to conserve water, even avoiding flushing the toilet. As they say at Porte Hostel: “If it’s yellow, let it mellow. If it’s brown, flush it down.”. While such issues can happen, guests should be informed in advance, or occupancy should match the facility’s capacity.
