È un ostello accogliente composto da un ampio e spazioso ingresso arredato con 2 divani, una smart TV e un grande tavolo da pranzo che unisce la zona cucina spaziosa e ben attrezzata.
Sono a disposizione dei nostri ospiti una camerata e due camere private (una delle quali con bagno privato), tutte affacciate sul grazioso balconcino dell'ostello, ideale per momenti di relax dopo una bella giornata di sole in spiaggia.

The hostel is about 10 minutes walk from the two most beautiful and lively beaches in the area. I stayed for a week and then returned two more times, before having to leave Jamaica, because Portland is too beautiful and fun!! And the dedication with which Stefano takes care of his hostel and guests, in my experience as a traveller, is unmatched! I will definitely come back..

Never again! Pros: -Nice host, he can give you tips on where to go and what to see, very passionate Italian dude. -Pretty clean place -Volunteer person is chatty and friendly -Good beach in the area Cons: -No AC -Some cockroaches fly in and out -Other guests are rude, boring and dirty. Some guy leaves there for a few months, never talks to people and creeps me out overall. -Volunteer girl made me uncomfortable with her antisemitic statements -Host asks you to limit water use -No grocery store around

Booked 1 week, extended by another week and then volunteered for another 3. I clearly loved my stay at Porty. The vibe was unmatched as Stefano went above and beyond for his guests constantly. Super friendly, super helpful and full of recommendations. His volunteer was just accommodating and kept the place spotless. Awesome stay and will be back in winter!
