Welcome to our hostel in Vianden!
The youth hostel occupies an old, traditional house in the upper part of the town just a few minutes walk away from one of the most picturesque landmarks of Luxembourg: Vianden Castle. The hostel was completely renovated in 2004.

The rooms are situated on two floors with sanitary facilities on each floor. In addition, the hostel has a small common room and a cellar lounge.

Our team will do its best to satisfy the guests and offers full board (lunch, dinner, packed lunch). Luxembourgish specialities and vegetarian meals are available on request.

Bikes can be rented in the village.

There is no age limit.

Amazing view and proximity to the castle. Vianden is very small and there’s not a ton to do but it’s very easy to hop on a bus to one of the nearby towns with more going on.

Hostel is located up a steep hill, but is basically right outside the castle which makes things easy. There was only 1 power socket in a room for 10 people which was strange.

Christian is fantastic. He allows his guests to eat as much as they want at breakfast and dinner. Luggage storage is a breeze. The location has an incredibly amazing view of Vianden Castle perched high above. The website doesn't mention it; however, if arriving by public transportation the Place Engelmann stop is, by far, the closest. Otherwise, you have to walk on cobblestones up a pretty steep hill.
