Wide Mouth Frog is a popular accommodation for travelers visiting Manuel Antonio National Park, located right in the heart of Quepos.

We offer a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by lush tropical gardens a true oasis. Our property welcomes solo travelers, couples, families, and groups, with varied accommodation options to suit all budgets.

Founded in 2003 by a Kiwi–British backpacker couple, Wide Mouth Frog was built with the idea of creating a social space where all types of travelers could connect, relax, and share stories from the road.

Guests can cook together, relax or meet new friends by the pool.

Not a hostel anymore, a nice hotel. but the shared kitchen only has a microwave and a sink. no cooking facilities or chopping boards or knives to prep anything with. but my room had aircon, a warm shower and a fridge

We loved our stay at the Casa at Wide Mouth Frog. Accommodation was a very comfortable size for the five of us and had excellent kitchen facilities and two good size bathrooms. Staff were excellent and the place was very clean. Loved the swimming pool which offered super rest and relaxation amongst all the activities and exploring you can do in the area. There’s a good soda across the road for food and drinks and watching sunset at the end of the road is just beautiful.
