The place is located by the city center of Phayao. It's close to the bus station and the mall, convenient store, and many restaurants. You can walk by Phayao lake in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, there is not much public transportation but you can rent the car or just motorbike to go around. Good routes for riding a motorbike are going around the Phayao lake which is 26 kilometer and another good waking route is going to the Phayao lake in the early morning for taking fresh air over the lake then walk through Phayao market for getting something to eat.
