A new mini hostel hotel has opened in the center of Helsinki. Within a walking distance there are the main attractions of the city such as the shopping square, the president’s palace, the cathedral, the station, the Senate square, Stockmann, and the port. The hotel is located on the seafront, it offers magnificent views of the city and the sea.

The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses. The rooms feature TV, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, linen, towels, free WI FI. 1, 2, and 3-4 places comfortable rooms with climate control are offered.
In general, access to modern, comfortable bathrooms with showers, including for the disabled, also features a reception, tea, coffee, microwave, toaster, ironing facilities, hairdryer, washing machine.

We offer our guests an inexpensive underground PARKING. At the request of our dear guests, a shuttle to the airport and excursions can be arranged.

Cancellation policy: 3 days (72h) before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 21:00. Upon check-in, the Guest must present an identity document.
Check out before 12:00.
Reception hours from 09:00 to 21:00
Hotel business hours - around the clock.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. The property may pre-authorise your card before your arrival.

Taxes included.

Breakfast not included.

No curfew.
Non smoking.

We want your stay at our hotel to be comfortable for all guests, so please observe the following rules:

• Follow the rules of conduct in public places, do not make noise or disturb others.
• Be quiet in rooms and other areas of the hotel from 23.00. until 9.00.
• When leaving the room:
-close windows;
- turn off the light and household appliances;
- close valuable items in the room or put them in individual cells;
- On the day of departure, it is forbidden to take out room keys outside the hotel. Keys must be handed over to the Administrator.

• The guest is liable for the loss and damage to property belonging to the hotel.

• The hotel is prohibited:
- smoking in rooms and other rooms, as well as on the landing of the building;
- use alcohol and drugs;
- transmit the room keys to unauthorized persons;
- to be outsiders from 23 to 9 hours;

•Kitchen:
- Please cook before 23:00.
- tea, coffee, sugar
- wash dishes and keep order in the kitchen.

• Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided by the Administrator upon request of the Guest.
• The Administration is not responsible for the safety of personal belongings of the Hotel Guests.
• For loss of a room key - a fine of 50 €
• Bed linen and towels are included.

If you need cleaning in the room or change of bed linen, you must notify the Administrator in advance.
