URBAN HOSTEL PALMA – YOUTH HOSTEL

Located in the heart of Santa Catalina, one of the best areas of Palma de Mallorca, Urban Hostel offers you the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable stay on the most beautiful island in the Mediterranean. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, local shops and tourist attractions, our hostel is the ideal starting point for exploring the city.

FREE BREAKFAST

All rooms and common areas have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. We have mixed rooms and a female-only room. Each bed has a drawer/locker assigned at check-in. Guests must bring their own padlock or can purchase one at reception for €3. (cash only).

Shared showers and toilets, with locks for privacy. Towel hire €3 (cash only).

IMPORTANT: Guests over the age of 30 must purchase a Welcome Pass for a one-off fee of €2.50.

Reception hours: 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Rooms: available from 3:00 p.m. (online check in before arrival).

Urban Hostel Palma Policies and Conditions:

FREE CANCELATION RATE: free up to 7 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: no changes or refunds allowed.


If you do not show up on the day of check-in, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. All reservations will be charged to the card provided 7 days prior to arrival.

Great location and nice clean hostel. Unfortunately key code number or pad dud not work both nights of my stay and I had to rely on other residents coming along to help resolve as no night security at hostel. I and aother guests tried number which did not work, and on first night and found resolution by reset. On second night relied on someone exiting who had same issue when he tried my code. While I was lucky in not waiting so long I was becoming anxious. It is a pity there is no night securit

Staff was great, everything felt clean, kitchen was great. Only thing is that the hostel is so hot. The rooms are air conditioned which is great, but you take a shower and immediately start sweating after. It was cooler outside most of the time than in the hostel. There’s also only USB outlets in your bed so if you don’t have that cable anymore, you have to plug in your phone or devices in one of the 2 plugs in your room (which isn’t ideal at night) or in one of the common areas.
