Cancellation policy:
A 50% deposit will be charged to confirm the reservation. The remainder will be charged on the day of arrival.
Non-refundable reservations will be charged the full amount in advance.
For non-refundable rates, cancellation, changes, and refunds will not be permitted.
For refundable rates, if canceled 3 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be refunded.
In case of no-show, early departure, or cancellation within 3 days prior to check-in, the amount charged will not be refunded.
Policy during special periods (Carnival, New Year, Rock in Rio)
The full amount will be charged in advance to confirm the reservation.
No changes, cancellations, or refunds will be allowed.
