About

Asakusa Kappabashi is a town where traditional culture still remains.
Kappabashi Dougu Street, which is lined with stores selling cooking utensils and tableware, as well as popular sightseeing spots such as Sensoji Temple and Nakamise Dori are also within walking distance!

We have private double rooms that can be used for a variety of purposes, including solo travelers and family trips.
There is also a shared kitchen in the common space, which is also recommended for long-term guests.
Whether you want to communicate or want to concentrate and spend time alone, you can maintain a sense of distance from each other and feel at home while traveling.

Great location though very small rooms (typical in Tokyo). Communal facilities pretty basic, nominally enable self catering but we couldn’t even get cutlery or adequate cooking utensils. Could easily be addressed by providing equipment. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Excellent hostel/hotel, I highly recommend! It is in a really great location, it's walkable to both Ueno and Asakusa. The area is quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The activities they offer are excellent and worth checking out - I particularly liked the Asakusa food tour. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Note that they do charge $1.50 for luggage storage, but there is no luggage room, it's just stored next to the front desk.

I'd say first this isn't really a hostel - the common area is minimal and pretty much unused. There's not really anything social happening here. It's essentially just a cheap hotel. That's fine - the rooms are pretty clean, but the price isn't much less than an actual hotel room. So I don't really see what this place offers. Also they charge to store your luggage even if you're staying there. It's a tiny amount but it's just a bit silly when any normal hotel does it for free.
