Green View Home is located in 'Avenidas Novas' neighbourhood at the pinnacle of Lisbon city-living, where the Portuguese Art Nouveau architecture style predominates. We are right next to the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation Garden, where you can enjoy a relaxing walk and additionally visit the museum with the same name.

The public transport in the neighbourhood is one of the best in Lisbon. This helps our guests feel connected to other areas of Lisbon. We are 30 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Lisbon downtown by metro or bus.

The apartment was recently renovated and has private and cosy rooms, 3 modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen for community use. The property environment is extremely familiar and quiet.
Our property will guarantee you excellent value for money, thanks to its location in a highly valued area with many advantages such as beautiful green spaces, high-quality amenities, and high-end shopping possibilities.

Green View Home - Terms & Conditions
This property charges 50% percentage of your stay to guarantee your booking - should you cancel on time, the amount will be refunded to same payment method used.
The property will contact the guest to arrange the payment.
The property reserves the right to cancel the booking if the guest fails to pay or do not respond to the property about the charge.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the first night is non-refundable.

Take Note: We do not have a permanent reception. Guests must contact us previously by phone/WhatsApp or by e-mail.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00. (If requested in advance we can provide a "late check-in" with a fee of 10€ for the first hour after 23pm, plus 5€ per each hour after midnight; ex.: 10€ until midnight, 15€ until 01:00am, 20€ until 02:00am).
Check-out before 12:00 .

Payment prior arrival by credit card.

Taxes not included - occupancy tax 4.00 EUR per person per night.

Breakfast not included.
No curfew.

The host is very kind but theres no reception and it’s literally one floor of an apartment building with a couple rooms and mostly families. Good for the price but we also had to share a room and sleep with a staff member who snored like crazy and we couldn’t sleep. Basic amenities but zero atmosphere. Good for families maybe but don’t recommend for younger travelers looking for any sort of social scene or vibe.

the hostel was a bit difficult to find at first. overall it was a pleasant stay and the rooms were clean. I liked that the room I was set up in didn't have that many beds so wasn't too disturbed by others coming and going.
