Jungle Joe Ecolodge

Wonderful eco-friendly construction with impressive mountain views, built entirely in bamboo. It is located on the outskirts of Minca, just 600 meters away, nestled amidst lush forests and close to the river, beautiful waterfalls, and natural pools. We take pride in using 100% solar energy exclusively, and completely abstain from the use of plastics and chemicals within our facilities. Additionally, we convert our organic waste into biogas for cooking and to produce our own organic fertilizer.

We offer 33 comfortable beds spread across 9 rooms: 4 double rooms and 5 shared rooms. Our facilities boast an open-air kitchen, spacious social areas with cozy hammocks, high-speed Wi-Fi access thanks to Starlink, balconies offering panoramic views, an open gym where you can exercise with a view of the city and beds designed to provide restorative sleep.

With over 15 years of experience offering activities such as bird watching, hiking excursions, tours of coffee and cocoa plantations, as well as explorations through the forest, Jungle Joe has established itself as a leader in this type of tourism.

Jungle Joe Ecolodge Policies and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy: A notification is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival. In the event of a late cancellation or No Show, a charge equivalent to the first night's stay will be applied.

Check-in: From 14:00 to 22:00 hours.
Check-out: Before 11:00 hours.

We accept payments in cash, credit, and debit cards.
Taxes are included in all payment methods, and there will be no additional charges for card usage.
A gourmet breakfast is included in the rate.
The kitchen will be available from 16:00 onwards, due to its use in tours, although basic amenities can be accessed at any time.

For safety reasons and due to the nature of our facilities, we regret to inform that we cannot accommodate children under 10 years of age. This measure is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all our visitors. Thank you for your understanding.

How to get: from Sol de Minca, take the route that leads upwards. Continue along this main road for approximately 200 metres. You will find signs that will guide you to our hostel, located among the forest, with views of the majestic mountains. This journey will take you to a unique experience in our eco-construction, where tranquility and connection with nature await you.
