Kishaba was great! He was very kind and helpful with recommendations. He used whatsapp and was very quick to respond, even when he wasnt feeling well. Everything was clean and easy to use. The laundry was cheap and worked well, glad that was available. Also rented snorkeling mask from him. Highly rexommend!

Owner was very concerned with keeping AC off as much as possible. To use the AC in the common room you had to pay using a paybox with coins. Every time I came back to the bedrooms the AC had been turned off and the bedrooms were very warm. Don’t think this is acceptable in the peak of summer in Japan. Also created an uncomfortable atmosphere of the owner always asking to turn it off. There are many more hostels on booking.com etc that are not on hostel world
