SHARED BATHROOMS
Our shared bathrooms, available to guests in mini rooms, are equipped with individual shower cabins designed for maximum comfort. Each cabin features a hydromassage shower, automatic and ambient lighting, and includes shower gel and shampoo, among other amenities.

To ensure a consistently clean and safe environment, we use a constant ozone disinfection system that keeps the space hygienic at all times.

LUGGAGE SOLUTIONS & POST CHECK-OUT COMFORT
We know you want to make the most of your time in Madrid—even after check-out. That’s why at Modular Rooms, we offer a luggage storage service so you can keep exploring the city worry-free.

✔ We’ll store your luggage at no extra cost until 10:00 PM on your departure day, as long as it doesn’t exceed the space used during your stay.
✔ Need more space or extra days? You can add them to your reservation for an additional fee.

Plus, after checking out, you’re welcome to continue using our common areas for free on the same day, giving you a chance to relax a bit more before your journey continues.

KITCHEN
At Modular Rooms, we offer Coffee Tom’s Corner, an area equipped with a microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator, and dishwasher, available for you to prepare your meals whenever you need. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea, jams, sugar, salt, and olive oil so you can enjoy a special breakfast or snack.


Modular Rooms Hotels Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: all bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel, you won´t receive a refund. We will charge the full amount at any time, in case of failure, we´ll contact you and give you 24 hours to solve the problem, otherwise, we will cancel the booking.

Check in from 12.00 to 00.00
Check out before 10.30.
After check-out, you can continue enjoying our common areas until 5:00 PM on the same day. If you need a bit more time in the common areas, feel free to ask.
If you arrive before the check-in time (12:00 PM):
If your module is ready, you can check in immediately at no extra charge, as long as it’s after 8:00 AM.
If you arrive before 8:00 AM and your module is available, you can access it for an additional fee, with the earliest check-in time being 5:00 AM.

If you arrive late at night or early in the morning: you can check in without any issues and at no extra cost, even if you arrive during the early hours of the next day of your reservation.

Please be sure to notify us in advance in any of these cases so we can be prepared for your arrival.



Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit cards. This property can preauthorize cards. In case of failure we will contact you and in case of failure we can cancel your booking.

We store your luggage at no extra cost until 10:00 PM on the day of your check-out, as long as it does not exceed the amount of space used during your stay. In any case, you can register and store your luggage free of charge until your stay is ready.

Each module includes a dedicated storage space where you can conveniently keep your luggage. In addition, we offer a complimentary luggage storage service until 10:00 PM on your check-out day, provided the amount of luggage does not exceed the space used during your stay. If you require more space or extra days, it can be added for an additional cost.
