Apartamentos Turisticos La Plaza is located in the heart of Chipiona and offers a total of 7 flats and 1 double room, all of them with terrace or balcony overlooking the city centre. They can be accessed either by the main staircase or by lift.

The flats are an open-plan space with capacity for five and six people and include a private kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and all the necessary utensils for use and cleaning; private bathroom with make-up mirror, rain-effect shower, towels, bathrobes, slippers, gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes and combs. In addition, a wardrobe, coat rack, safe, iron, WiFi and TV with free Netflix access are also included.

The double room can accommodate up to three people and includes a private bathroom with make-up mirror, rain shower, towels, bathrobes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes and combs. In addition, a coat rack, chest of drawers, mini-fridge, electric kettle, safe and iron are also provided.

The accommodation includes a welcome kit consisting of soft drinks, water, milk, coffee and tea; daily cleaning and a very special breakfast to choose from, which is taken in the famous cafeteria 'El Cartujano', located just 200 metres away.
