Ekoos Hostel, Bilbao Eko Hostel is the first sustainable and eco-friendly accommodation alternative in the Basque Country that stands for green and conscious hospitality for solo travelers, groups of friends and families.

Located in one of the most authentic and culturally vibrant areas of Bilbao, this space built with recycled materials and environmentally friendly solutions has a unique showroom where you can learn more about Basque culture and its historical past through exhibits and digital content that you will find in the corners of the Ekoos Hostel.

At the hostel all rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning and bed linen.

Cancellation Policy:
For Standard Rate, if you cancel 48 hours before arrival (arrival is at 16:00 hours) you will get a full refund from they payment taken by Ekoos Hostel Bilbao. If you cancel 48 hours or closer to arrival, or are a No Show, there will be no refunds.
For Non Refundable Rate, if you cancel or are a No Show, the reservation will be canceled and there will be no refunds.
In both cases, failure to arrive before check in period will result in a No Show, and the reservation will be cancelled, including following days. If you are arriving late, it is your responsibility to let us know in advance.

We will preauthorise your card to confirm the booking .
Check in from 16.00 to 21:00. Late check in is only available on request, subject to availability.
Check out before 11.00

Payment 48 hours prior to arrival time (or at the time of booking, if the reservation is for the same day or the next) for flexible rates. For Non Refundable rates, payment is taken at the time of booking, and No Refunds apply. Payment is possible by credit and debit cards.

General:
No physical reception,after 21.00.By 18.00, any unpaid reservations will be canceled. Only paid for reservations will be granted access after 21:00, and only if the online check in is completed (you will find instructions in your email).
No curfew, but we have a No Noise policy from 22:00 to 08:00.
Please note that when booking 3 or more rooms, or reservations for more than 9 guests, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Children under 18 years of age cannot stay in shared rooms.
Towels are only provided in private rooms, and available for rent in shared rooms.
Pets are welcome at Ekoos Hostel Bilbao (ONLY in private rooms), but it is necessary to notify us when making the reservation. A supplement of € 15 per night and pet applies. Check availability for pets other than dogs. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when in shared spaces, and can under no circumstances be left unattended.
