Hithere Guesthouse is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Hongdae Station. Both the interior and the exterior of the building has been completely renovated recently (May 2022) with the aim of maximizing the comfort and convenience of all our guests. Each of our 12 rooms is equipped with its own private bathroom for your convenience and privacy.

Enjoy the energetic, fun and passionate Hongdae area, as well as its calm and peaceful counterpart Yeonnam Gyeongui-Sun Forest Road and the beautiful parks nearby. Hithere Guesthouse will help you recharge your energy at the end of your day both in your room and also on the rooftop decorated with unique local independent artists' artwork.

All overnight guests at HiThere Guesthouse are eligible for discounted rate for the use of the common room designed with HiThere's unique design-focused modern style, equipped with a 120" movie screen.

The common room would be a perfect space for a unique private event or a small gathering with your friends or with your special someone.

Property Policies:
1. Check-in time: From 15:00pm
- If you are expecting to arrive after 20:00pm, please let us know in advance, so that we can provide you with the password to how to self-check in with a text message.
2. Check-out time: Before 11:00am
3. Cancellation policy: 5 days advance notice for free cancellation
4. Balance Due : Payment can be made at check-in with both cash and credit card.

7. Quite hours are from 22:00
- Please make refrain from making excessive noise after 22:00
8. Inside the building smoking is strictly prohibited.
(1) Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor area.
(2) If caught smoking at non smoking area, a total of KRW200,000 will be charged for professional cleaning and disinfecting services incurred.
(3) If you do smoke in the designated area, please dispose of the cigarette-butts in the trash bin afterward in consideration of
other guests.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Reception working hours: from 10:30-24:00
11. A common kitchen is available for use until midnight
- Please refrain from cooking food with strong pungent smells consideration of other guests.
12. The terrace on the 1st floor and the rooftop are for exclusive use of the guests until 22:00
13. Provide laundry service and rate is KRW10,000.
14. Please understand that for the safety of all our guests, there is a security video being recorded 24/7 in all common areas of our facility.

Location was good not too far of walk to all the restaurants and bars in Hongdae. There wasn’t much to do at the hostel. The room also had mold.
