Hithere Guesthouse is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Hongdae Station. Both the interior and the exterior of the building has been completely renovated recently (May 2022) with the aim of maximizing the comfort and convenience of all our guests. Each of our 12 rooms is equipped with its own private bathroom for your convenience and privacy.

Enjoy the energetic, fun and passionate Hongdae area, as well as its calm and peaceful counterpart Yeonnam Gyeongui-Sun Forest Road and the beautiful parks nearby. Hithere Guesthouse will help you recharge your energy at the end of your day both in your room and also on the rooftop decorated with unique local independent artists’ artwork.

All overnight guests at HiThere Guesthouse are eligible for discounted rate for the use of the common room designed with HiThere’s unique design-focused modern style, equipped with a 120” movie screen.

The common room would be a perfect space for a unique private event or a small gathering with your friends or with your special someone.

Can’t speak for the dorms but the private rooms are in a separate building down the road which ruined the point of booking a hostel. The room smelt horrible, is damp and doesn’t have any light. To top it off, there was a cockroach. Staff were friendly but we were supposed to be given a code to enter the hostel prior to check-in to leave bags and we weren’t so we ended up waiting around for 2 hours. Additionally, I’d expect some form of discount for the room after finding a cockroach.
