Caruma Hostel is a surf hostel located in Matosinhos, walking distance from the beach, surf breaks, surf spots and shops, coffee shops, bars, local restaurants and a metro station.
Located on the coast of Porto, close to Matosinhos beach it's the perfect location for a beach-city symbiosis.
This passion project was rebuilt by a surfer for surfers, travellers, artists, tourists and families.
The open space concept and influences of the Japanese and local culture we thought to create the perfect laidback space and authentic atmosphere.
Here you will find shared rooms and private suites where you can recover after a day of surfing or exploring the beautiful city of Porto and you can access to all the essentials: fully equipped kitchen and free wi-fi.
In this area you will be able to find a perfect place to take a stroll, ride a bike or scooter; the 'Anemona' is at the end of our street, and Parque da Cidade is 6 minutes away. Matosinhos (the area where we are located) is the heart of traditional seafood restaurants but there are also other options available, ranging from Mediterranean to Asian gastronomy.
Caruma Hostel Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: 2 days before arrival.
In case of a late cancellation or no-show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
We will charge the first night of your stay, if we cannot we will contact you for the payment. If you do not reply or we cant charge the first night we will cancel the reservation. Free Cancellation bookings cancelled on time will be refunded of the charge.
